7 Years
7 years ago this boy was just 3 years old and his sister was 9 months old.
7 years ago I was in one of the busiest seasons of my life back in my classroom after my maternity leave with 2 little ones at home.
7 years ago I was FINALLY feeling like myself again after figuring out how to make myself a priority and take care of my health and well-being.
7 years ago today I signed up as a health and wellness coach without knowing what the heck I was doing or what I was in for.
7 years LATER...I’M STILL HERE!!
It’s only appropriate that I spent a good portion of my weekend with my little man #itsafamilyaffair , this awesome trainer (I’m dead), my amazing team, and hundreds of other coaches. I get to help plan these quarterly events. And these events light a FIRE under me and always make me fall in LOVE with our mission and impact all over again!!
This opportunity gives me the chance to serve others through nutrition, fitness, and personal/spiritual growth. It goes far beyond a transaction. This is about relationships. Growth. Love. Transformation. From the inside out.
And I get to make an INCOME because of that IMPACT (yes, it takes work and effort and Beachbody doesn’t guarantee any level of success without putting in the work). But I was WILLING to put in the work. I had NO CLUE 7 years ago when I signed up I would be where I am today. I had ZERO desire to ever leave teaching 7 years ago. But my hard work, heart, and hustle brought that option to my life. It brought freedoms. Flexibility. Travel. Joy. Health. Community. SO MUCH TO BE GRATEFUL FOR!!
More than anything...this journey has brought me to an incredibly intimate relationship with God. One I never knew existed or that I needed so much. And every single day, I get to serve a far bigger purpose.
I have experienced so many blessings over the past 7 years from this coaching opportunity. I want YOU to experience these blessings. Yes, YOU! The woman who wants to grow in her faith. The woman who wants to change her current circumstances. The woman who knows she is made for more. The woman who wants to love the skin she is in. The woman who wants to support other babes.
