This project is so near and dear to my heart. I have personally worked on self-love for years now and know its worth. This is a virtual community for women to work on loving themselves a little more each day through fitness, nutrition, personal and spiritual development, and self-care. It is meant to be a comfortable place where all women feel safe, loved, and welcome.
Project Love Yourself has an emphasis on taking care of yourself through fitness, nutrition, and personal / spiritual development, but it is also a place for women to really connect and find community. We share our health and wellness journeys as we connect, engage, and get to know each other.

We will create a customized nutrition plan focusing on balance and portion control to reach your goals. There’s no starving yourself! Meal plans, meal prep ideas, and recipes will be shared.
