January of 2018 was a pivotal moment in my health and wellness journey. I took on a three month strength training program paired with a macros based nutrition program where I ate MORE. I stopped focusing on less and started focusing on MORE! I was no longer focused on restriction and deprivation. I gained strength physically and my results were incredible. But I also gained strength mentally and spiritually and truly found a deeper meaning and motivation for getting and staying healthy than just a number on my scale.

I want this for you! I want this New Year to be different than any other. Where you can walk into the year with a plan to take your health to the next level. Where you have a plan to get healthy and continue this healthy lifestyle through ALL SEASONS OF LIFE!

 

I’ve learned that focusing on STRENGTH, mentally, physically, and spiritually, is the vehicle to your wellness breakthrough! This challenge beginning on February 12th is for women who want to feel better and more confident in their body, especially as they enter a new year and meet the demands of work, family, and LIFE obligations. It is designed specifically for the busy go-getter who doesn’t have time to add anything more to her plate, but knows the importance of putting her health first. She wants simple and clear action steps to get her there!

We will discuss your current level of fitness and nutrition habits to help determine a personalized plan just for you. You will have three options to choose from: Foundational Strength (someone who is a beginner, wants to get consistent with their journey, wants to start smaller and build from there), Progression Path (someone who is at an intermediate level, wants to start progressing right away, has experience with fitness and strength training), OR Dig Deeper Track (someone who is at an advanced level, wants to level up their journey right away). Each plan will come with step-by-step directions to set you up for success in your StrongHER journey. You will get a one-on-one goal setting and planning call with me with your sign up. You will follow this plan while being surrounded by a community of bright, positive women just like you!!

If you find the Dig Deeper Track is the one for you, you will get to join me in a BRAND NEW 12 week strength training program created by the one and only Shaun T! Shaun T is the trainer that got me on this consistent journey in the first place and why I wanted to SHARE THIS GIFT OF HEALTH with others!! Only this time…..ZERO JUMPING!!
