Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I will say this is one vegetable the humans I love so much and live in my home will not eat! But I have discovered in recent years I LOVE them!! So I made them for my meal prep this week and it was SO EASY!! I may even add these to my Thanksgiving menu!! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do, and maybe you can get your family to enjoy it, too! :-)
Ingredients:
2 pounds Brussels sprouts
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt (more to taste if needed)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cut Brussels sprouts into halves and place in a large bowl
Add minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, and salt to bowl and stir to coat
Line a large sheet pan with foil
Pour veggies onto pan and roast for 30 minutes (stirring halfway)
