Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
Anyone else a fan of buffalo chicken?? I’ve found some recipes that include ranch seasoning packets loaded with sodium and other junk. I tried a recipe adding my own spices and it was delicious!! So good the whole family approved it! That’s a huge WIN!! You can use the chicken to make quesadillas or tacos with a whole wheat tortilla or corn tortillas. You can add veggies to your tacos or serve them on the side. You can even use the chicken to top a salad. And it’s easy to prep ahead of time for the week for lunches or dinners!! I can’t wait to hear what you think!!
